Sunday September 16th:
For breakfast we made pineapple crepes with cream cheese and citrus-honey filling.

we just replaced the milk in the crepe recipe with pineapple yogurt and the confectioners sugar in the filling with honey. It was a little thicker of a crepe than I would have preferred, but it was delicious nonetheless.
